I began my fitness journey at a very young age. I was a competitive hockey player, representing Newfoundland and Labrador for several years both provincially and nationally. This required a high level of discipline to ensure my best performance which flowed through every aspect of my personal and professional life.
I have created a 360-degree comprehensive program to meet your specific needs. I have succeeded in empowering thousands of clients reach goals they never though attainable for themselves! I strive to be the coach I needed someone else to be when I set out on my own fitness journey - supportive, informative, and EMPOWERING. My coaching style is based on a strengths-based approach meaning it is a collaborative approach (between coach and client) that is goal-oriented. My approach builds individuals up, and by focusing on their strengths, I empower them to achieve their goals in the face of adversity.
I have a vast range of experience with people from all walks of life including: new moms, older adults, athletes, vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians, etc. From my vast experience and education, people do better with more support. As an additional incentive, my program requires DAILY check ins, whereas most others programs require only weekly check ins. This daily accountability leaves little room for failure.
